The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional financial advisory and consulting services in support of City-wide financial planning, capital planning, and debt administration. Services may include, but are not limited to, financial advisory services; debt structuring and issuance support; financial modeling; credit analysis and evaluations; capital planning and funding strategy development; land-secured financing; and strategic advisory services. The objective of these services is to provide the City with clear, independent, and actionable financial advice that supports fiscally responsible decision-making, transparent communication, and effective management of the City’s overall debt portfolio and long-term financial position, including coordination with City management and the City Council.
