Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repair to include but not limited to the following: TYPE OF FENCE/STRUCTURES Chain-Link with/without barbed wire top, with slaps, Non-Climb Farm Wood Barbed/Razor Wire Welded Steel K Rated Fences and Gates Ornamental Fences Silt fence Gates – Roll, Manual, or Automatic/Electric SERVICES SHALL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Project planning that may include site plan where applicable Repairs of the above fences/structures and gates Installation of temporary fence structures Replacement of permanent fence structures; no new installation work On-site evaluation of the above existing fences/structures including gates and report back to the County May be required to repair operators, entry systems, and access controls, digital keypads, telephone entry, vehicle detectors, and other appurtenances Issues concerning sprinklers that may require work-around Removal and disposal of existing fences Clearing/stringing the fence line Replacement/re-hanging of existing gates; no new installation work Erection, tensioning, slating, and/or anchoring of fences Inspect the above fences/structures for corrosion Inspect all components for wear and tear o Posts o Frames o Hardware, including but not limited to anchors, fasteners, hinges, latches, and railings Inspect and ensure posts are plumb and firmly secure Inspect and ensure end, corner, and pull posts are firmly anchored and supported Inspect and ensure gates are plumb, level, and secure Inspect and ensure gates are swing/moving freely without binding Inspect and ensure gates operator is firmly mounted and grounded Perform necessary patch work; no concrete, stucco, or masonry Replacement of missing and damaged slats, posts, rails, piers Replacement of damaged anchors, fasteners, hinges, latches, and other damaged hardware Replacement of automatic/electrical controller Weatherproofing of fences, railings, gates, and other fence-related tasks
