The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is soliciting for consulting services in the following four workstreams: 1. Ongoing person-centered services training a. Assess the current environment and recommend management actions in relation to person-centered services. b. Identify priority systems change projects for DDS in relation to person-centered services. c. Provide input and briefs to DDS. d. Provide written updates to DDS Executive Staff upon request. 2. External developmental services assessment and identification of change opportunities: a. Review regional center, provider, and family insights gained through ongoing stakeholder feedback. b. Identify challenges and gaps in current service options, including data and technology support. c. Describe the areas where opportunities exist for change, adaptation, and growth. 3. Identify available administrative structures, both federal and state, to maximize alignment with service and systemic changes identified. 4. Design and facilitate collaborative meetings among DDS leadership and key stakeholders.
