Administrative Support Services for Federal Protective Service – Region 9
The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division (FPSAD) is seeking information regarding small business vendors (under NAICS 561110) that can provide:
- Three (3) Administrative Support (Secretary II) FTE: One (1) at 450 Golden Gate, San Francisco, CA; One (1) at 230 North First Ave, Phoenix, AZ; and One (1) at 880 Front Street, San Diego, CA
- Three (3) Senior Budget Analyst FTE: Two (2) at 450 Golden Gate, San Francisco, CA; and One (1) at 880 Front Street, San Diego, CA
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide continuous administrative support for San Francisco, CA, San Diego, CA and Phoenix, AZ for FPS Region 9. Services to be provided include but are not limited to providing administrative support to the Regional District Commander and Arizona District Commander for the Secretary duties and assisting the CORs in providing support for the Protective Security Officer guard program for the administrative assistant position.
The anticipated period of performance is March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2031.
FPS AD is seeking information from small business vendors who have performed these services.
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, FPS is not at this time seeking proposals/quotations and will not accept unsolicited proposals/quotations. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to the RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP/RFQ, if any is issued.
Interested parties are directed to respond to this RFI no later than 3:00pm PST on August 13, 2025, to Rachel Kalac Rachel.D.Kalac@fps.dhs.gov. The total number of pages for the overall RFI response should not exceed the provided four (4) pages within Attachment 1 – Request for Information Response Form.

You are strongly encouraged to submit your responses to this Sources Sought Notice at least 3 hours before the specified due date to have time to resolve any transmission problems.
As previously indicated, this is NOT a solicitation, therefore, no cost or pricing information should be provided. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. This is a market survey to identify potential sources capable of performing the effort required. Responses should be limited to the entity’s expression of interest and capabilities statement (as identified above) along with their respective business size based upon the list provided. It is not mandatory for an offeror to respond to this sources sought notice in order to respond to a subsequent solicitation when/if issued.
