District is soliciting Proposals from experienced, qualified, and responsible vendors to provide Federal Legislative Advocacy Services (“Work” or “Services”). Vendor must have proven track record in identifying, analyzing, and advocating on legislation, budget items, grants, regulations, and other issues that could impact District. Vendor shall work will District staff to assess the potential impacts of such concerns and issues, and advance District’s interests through various means, including contact with officials from Administration, Congress, and various Federal Agencies and Departments as well as collaboration with entities that share District’s interests. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for Vendors to demonstrate their background, qualifications, competence, and capability to perform the Services described in the Scope of Work.
