It must also propose a design and method to address concerns, along with cost estimates of the build, and to overcome any discovered restraints. The Tribe is also seeking the study to include conceptual site plans. This would include possible locations that the project could be built, and possible design layouts and key features. A market assessment is requested as well. The assessment will explore the current market in the area and the likelihood of a new gas station being successful. The current competition should be identified. A projection of pro forma financial should also be supplied to identify profitability and future outcome probability.
