The attached (“RFP”) is provided to you (“Contractor”), a potential agreement contractor, because you are currently providing services or you are interested in providing Farm Labor Contracting Services for short-term, temporary farm labor services to “UC ANR” and its locations for the purposes of this RFP. The spend associated with short-term, temporary farm labor services managed by UCD’s contractors is approximately $1.0 million annually. The five-year agreement value is approximately $5.0 million, spend is spread out amongst several ANR locations. It is the desire of the University to obtain information regarding your qualifications; your acceptance to the Scope of Work; your acceptance of the terms listed herein, and then to execute a five-year Agreement (“Agreement”).
