This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is EL1031-23 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The North American Industry Classification System code is 115116. This requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a 3year, firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract, in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
