Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall perform preventative maintenance (PM), and other various maintenance and repair services as needed for DSH-Patton Facility Operations Equipment, including but not limited to: backhoes, boom lifts, scissor lifts, bucket trucks, skip loaders, rammers, portable generators, bobcats, bobcat attachments, fork lifts, reach forks, air compressors, etc. (See Exhibit A-1 for Equipment List). B. Contractor shall provide the DSH-Patton Contractor Manager a written estimate for review and approval prior to commencing any work. C. Contractor shall not perform any services or repairs without prior approval from DSHPatton Contract Manager. As such, Contractor shall coordinate project schedule with DSH-Patton Project Coordinator or designee. D. Contractor shall abide to all policies and rules set forth by the DSH-Patton. E. Contractor's technicians shall follow the current hospital infectious illness prevention protocols. F. Contractor shall report and sign in at the Facility Plant Operations building prior to commencing work. G. Contractor is responsible for all debris removal (i.e. rags, filters, empty containers and fluids), and shall keep the work area clean...
