Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Portland, Bureau of Planning, hereafter called "Planning," seeks proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called "Proposer(s)", with demonstrated experience in facilitating and coordinating events in multicultural, multilingual environments and a strong commitment to social justice. The successful Proposer will assist the Vision into Action (VIA) Coalition develop the concept for a new Community Gathering Center in the city. The successful Proposer shall be expected to enter into a not-to-exceed Professional, Technical, and Expert Services Contract with the City.
