Work to be done. The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, methods or processes, implements, tools, and machinery, except as otherwise specified, which are required to construct and put into complete order for use the Work described in the Special Provisions, and to leave the grounds in a neat condition. 2. Safety Program. a. The Contractor shall conform to the rules and regulations pertaining to safety established by the California Division of Industrial Safety and to all requirements as set forth in the State of California Construction Safety Orders (CAL/OSHA), and in particular, Article 3 of these Safety Orders, regarding Accident Prevention and safety meetings. Within five (5) working days following Notice of Award the Contractor must submit to the City a copy of the Contractor’s Safety Plan. b. Full compensation for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and doing all the work involved in this item of work as above specified, shall be considered as included in the prices paid for the various contract items of work and no additional compensation will be made therefore
