A. Mini Blinds i. Standard Color: "Alabaster" ii. Material Specifications: Hunter Douglas Celebrity Brand or approved equal, submit material specifications and sample blind for approval, inspection and verification purposes by the Facilities Maintenance Manager. iii. Fabrication Specifications: Blinds to be 1" metal with all metal construction. iv. All mini-blinds are to include valances. v. All blinds are to be side marked with the address, measurements and color. B. Vertical Blinds: i. Standard Color: "Alabaster" ii. Material Specifications: Graber- Graber Life/G-85 Dura Vue iii. Fabrication Specifications: Slats to be 4" PVC Track system to have control end housing; snap in brackets; center spaced louver to allow one-way cord traverse installation to draw from to right or left; cold lock mechanism; snap out louver; with all metal construction. iv. All verticals are to include like valances. v. All blinds are to be side marked with the address, measurements and color.
