– Service of all gutters for all CADA Properties to be done three times yearly. Provide all other service as needed throughout the term of the contract. Remove any accumulation of leaves, twigs, dirt, soot/mud, and other debris from gutters. Remove leaves and other debris that have accumulated on the flat portions or valleys of roof. Flush out any remaining soot, dust and dirt particles and run water into the down spout to ensure water is exiting properly. Perform minor repairs where needed. All personal property and buildings must be protected from falling debris. Grounds and buildings are to be kept clean of all debris.
