A. A base monthly price to be established upon the spraying of forty (40) apartment units. Other services as requested with days and time of service to be established after contract award per agreement with Authority. B. Service each unit by spraying and baiting for any and all pests reported with the appropriate pesticide. When the Authority has reported cockroaches or other insects. C. Additional service/days as directed by the Authority. D. Service existing or install new existing bait stations. E. Contractor to hold valid California and all local Pest Control Operator Licenses. Contractor to perform services in strict compliance of all state and local laws, ordinances and safety standards. F. Product Data – Contractor to submit to the Authority all manufacturers’ Safety Data Sheets on all products used, and the specifications for types of applications used for each material. G. Contractor shall post notice to each entry door of unit sprayed, to include time of safe re-entry and product used for all occupants at time of service.
