Contractor shall furnish all the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supplies to provide all Sewer and Drain Service, including but not limited to: The boiler water treatment contractor is responsible for ensuring that the water inside CADA’s hot water and lowpressure steam boilers, to include all pipes, are chemically sound. See attached sheet for locations/addresses of boilers. Your job is to measure chemical composition of water and treat our systems to give us the best possible system health. Please clear all chemicals through CADA’s Facilities Maintenance Manager or their representative, and set up to properly balance our systems. If equipment is needed or needs changed, please make recommendations in time for us to make good decisions on adding or changing equipment. Inform us when you will be working on our equipment and if boiler needs to be turned off. We need to post our buildings and provide our tenants with 24 advanced notice of any work being done, so please provide us with at least 48 hours advanced notice before performing any service. Please leave your work area as clean, or cleaner, than you found it. Remove all trash that you bring in or make.
