As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project (“Project”) which consists of 1) 10 L.F. of root pruning; 2) installation of 10 L.F. of root barrier; 3) removal of one (1) tree; 4) 67,308 S.F. of asphalt pavement cold milling; 5) sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of 398 S.F. of sidewalk; 6) sawcut, removal, and reconstruction of one (1) curb ramp; 7) installation of two (2) truncated domes on existing curb ramps; 8) 23 L.F. of concrete sidewalk grinding; 9) placement of 1,100 tons of asphalt rubber hot mix overlay; 10) placement of 410 tons of asphalt base course; 11) various traffic signing and pavement delineation; 12) traffic signal video detection system installation; 13) all appurtenant work and related work as shown on the plans on file with the City’s Public Works Department. The expected completion time of the (“Project”) is 25 consecutive working days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
