Obtaining Service – In the event of a hardware failure, Technical Assistance Center (TAC) shall assist the County in resolving the problem over the telephone. County will provide TAC with the product model number, part number, serial number and description of the problem. Once TAC verifies a hardware problem, a service call shall be initiated. A service technician shall be dispatched to the product location to perform repair service. Response Time – 4-hour – Vendor shall provide a 4-hour Response Time upon receiving a call.
