2.1 Filter all fuel in storage tank using 5-micron filter or smaller 2.2 Storage tank cleaning and water removal 2.3 Removal and disposal of hazardous waste/waste fuel up to 55 Gallons 2.4 Pictures of Before and after tank bottom fuel samples 2.5 Submit official fuel polishing report upon completion of each site as scheduled. 2.6 Also, provide notes/recommendation in the field report for any other issues on the fuel or fuel tank plus piping systems that may need immediate attention or further action. 2.7 All areas accessed or disturbed during the process will be cleaned, secured and/or returned to their original condition. 2.8 Check/provide pictures of fuel tank monitoring console (OMNTEC or other fuel tank monitoring device) inside the equipment shelter before the start of the job and after completion. This is to ensure that console status is the same after job completion. 2.9 Ensure all items removed during the conduct of work to be returned to original place and in good working condition.
