The purpose of AYC is to provide the youth of FNL an opportunity to learn and engage with their adult allies in building meaningful relationships, as well as skill building all while in a safe environment, which happens to be some of the California Friday Night Live Partnership’s (CFNLP) Standards of Practice. This event also provides an opportunity and platform for the youth to present their environmental projects they are required to do throughout the year, regarding the topics of Underage Drinking Awareness, and Cannabis Awareness. The camp also provides various spaces and activities for FNL staff to provide workshops and opportunities to engage with other youth. The program is currently seeking quotations to meet all operational needs for the event. These requirements include, but are not limited to: - Venue and event space setup, including stage, tables, chairs, seating arrangements, and activity areas; - Breakout rooms for training sessions; - Hosting and serving staff; - Catering services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages); - Parking facilities: and - Audio/visual support, including equipment and technical staff. The cost should be inclusive of all these components. The summit is scheduled for two weekends: March 13–15, 2026, and March 20–22, 2026 .
