Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of Riverside County Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) is seeking qualifications from qualified parties in freelance creative talent. There are five divisions within the department consisting of Children’s Services, Adult Services, Self-Sufficiency, Finance, and Administration. DPSS would like to establish a specialized vendor pool to provide a wide range of creative consulting, including, but not limited to, writing, graphic arts, web designing, videography, photography, and app development. These strategic partners would provide professional services to DPSS’ internal and external customers in publishing/graphic design on small and large projects to include but not limited to newsletters, annual and strategic reports, writing, photography, and videography. The County intends to make an award to multiple responsive/responsible CONTRACTORS that meet all the requirements in this RFQu.
