Repairs shall be requested on an as-needed basis. Forklift and manlift preventive maintenance will be completed semi-annually. Preventive maintenance and as-needed repairs shall be conducted at LBPUD Operations Service Center, and/or at LBPUD Treatment Plant, and/or at LBPUD Gas Facility. If preventive maintenance or repair is unable to be conducted at LBPUD Operations Service Center, LBPUD Treatment Plant, or LBPUD Gas Facility. Awarded Contractor must provide in writing a description of maintenance/repair and where it is to be completed. All preventive maintenance and as-needed repairs shall adhere to and comply with OSHA standards. Bidders must be licensed and certified for forklift and manlift preventive maintenance and repairs by the State of California to provide services as described. Proof of licensing and certification will be required before a contract can be issued.
