Perform Roll Up Door Repair for Facility Maintenance Shop (FMS) 09 building at Inglewood Armory site which includes the following: A. Bay #1 1. Remove and dispose of non-functioning roll up door motor 2. Furnish and install new 1 HP roll up door motor to replace existing with like or better and to match existing configuration as much as possible 3. Furnish and install new door opener push open/close/stop button control station to replace existing with like or better and to match existing configuration as much as possible 4. Furnish and install new safety devices to replace existing ones with like or better which include the following: a) Photo eyes b) Wireless obstruction sensing edge device c) Monitor safety system must be a constantly monitored, anti-entrapment/safety device 5. Adjust and tightening gear chains connecting door curtain and door motor 6. Adjust and tighten all locking pins at gear locations 7. Adjust door curtain for proper operation 8. Perform function check of roll up door and safety systems to confirm proper operation B. Bay #2 1. All work shall be performed and accomplished in accordance with all current Local, State and Federal building codes and regulations, attached detail drawings and specifications contained herein. E.
