The Contractor shall perform services to consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Window Installation Apply, acquire, obtain, and pay all fees for permits from the local jurisdictions and municipalities required for public sidewalk, street, and road closures. Appropriately barricade work area and include any necessary signage; i.e. sidewalk barricades, closed for work signs. Inspect and field verify window measurements, specifications and glass formula with FMD Contract Administrator or FMD Designated Representative prior to ordering materials or commencing work. Provide equipment to reach elevated windows (boom lift, scissor lift, and/or scaffolding) in order to position glass for installation. Contractor is responsible for rental, delivery, set-up, tear-down and removal of equipment. Remove existing broken window glass, seals, glazing or any related materials and safely dispose off-site. Remove and replace window panels and seals at locations as specified in Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Equipment List. Inspect and verify window glass and seals are free from any leakage or defects via a water test. Perform offsite disposal of all waste products and discarded materials. Contractor shall be responsible for all transportation costs for such disposal. One-Time Mirror Installation Replacement Furnish and install one (1) commercial-grade vanity mirror measuring 59 inches (W) x 48 inches (H) x 3/16 inch (T). Install mirror at the designated location above the sinks in the men’s restroom, as outlined in Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Equipment List. Use asbestos-free mastic for supporting mirrors of the specified dimensions and weight. In addition to mastic, install four (4) plastic mirror clips—one at each corner—to provide additional stability and secure mounting. Ensure wall surface is clean, dry, and level prior to installation. Align mirror within the outlined area per Exhibit A specifications, ensuring flush and secure placement. All materials and installation methods shall comply with applicable building codes and safety standards. Contractor shall verify that mastic and clips are rated for commercial restroom environments.
