Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective is to ensure: a. Maintain hygiene and sanitation of refuse collection, police department and fleet vehicles. b. Achieve environmental compliance through zero-waste cleaning methods that minimize water runoff and chemical waste. c. Vehicle longevity by preventing corrosion and debris buildup. d. Security and confidentially for Police and Fire Department vehicles. e. Promote operational safety and efficiency for all fleet vehicles. f. The City reserves the right to conduct random quality inspections to verify adherence to contract terms. 1. Service Requirements: Equipment and Materials i. Each vehicle cleaned shall be logged into the City’s Vehicle Washing Tracking Log or a similar document that includes the same fields detailed in this document and verified by City staff after service completion
