1. General Requirements & Site Preparation Project management, daily cleanup, final cleaning, supervision, and mobilization/demobilization. • Provide and install a temporary partition wall for the duration of construction to control noise and dust migration • Remove all construction debris daily using covered containers to prevent accumulation of materials or dust within the work area. 2. Small Restroom Remodel of the Small Restroom shall be paid for by lump sum. Payment for the lump sum item shall be made upon full completion of the bid item work and acceptance thereof as determined by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, and no additional compensation shall be made. • Remove existing shower and cap plumbing. • Haul and properly dispose of demolished and removed material. • Construct new wall. • Remove and dispose of all existing wall tiles. Prepare walls as necessary to ensure smooth and level surface. • Install new 24”x24” wall tiles, including grout and all required materials for a complete installation. 3. AMR Room Remodel of the AMR Room shall be paid for by lump sum. Payment for the lump sum item shall be made upon full completion of the bid item work and acceptance thereof as determined by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, and no additional compensation shall be made. 1. Removal of four (4) dorm walls. • Removal of interior roof ladder. • Remove and replace entrance door with a storefront glass door. • Haul and properly dispose of demolished and removed material. • Carpet patching. • Patch, prepare and paint existing walls and ceilings with approved colors to be determined by the Fire Department. • Furnish and install four (4) new dedicated electrical circuits to run to new dispatch workstations.
