Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of El Dorado is seeking proposals for a financial, payroll, and human resources management system including software, implementation services, training, maintenance and support, and (if applicable) technology infrastructure items (e.g., minor hardware, database licenses). The financial system shall be an integrated set of products that rely on a common database platform. The system shall also be a proven solution at entities similar to the County. The system proposed must support real-time processing of all transactions related to the Countys financial affairs including, but not limited to: - General Ledger / Budget Control / Treasury - Budget Preparation - Project Accounting - Grant Accounting - Accounts Payable - Purchasing - Accounts Receivable - Human Resources - Payroll - Fixed Assets / Inventory - Work Order Management Other applications for future consideration include: - Land Management - Permitting - Licensing - Integrated GIS - Property Tax Administration
