Contractor shall: 6.1. Maintain HFA accreditation. 6.2. Work with the Countywide Coordinator, the American Academy of Pediatrics California Chapter 3 (AAPCA3) and CFWB in the start-up, implementation, ongoing service delivery, quality improvement and evaluation of the home visitation services. 6.3. Ensure services are provided in partnership with PHN staff and/or other partners as identified. 6.4. Coordinate service delivery with the County’s PHN, ensuring that their expertise is leveraged for delivering clinical nursing services to families. 6.5. Ensure staff essential to service delivery shall complete the required level of training and certification as determined by the Countywide Coordinator (American Academy of Pediatrics Ca-3 Chapter) and HHSA. The American Academy of Pediatrics California Chapter 3 operates as the Countywide Coordinator. 6.6. Provide staff training on safety measures, mandated child abuse reporting, and any other relevant items as part of orientation before staff begin conducting home visits. 6.7. Work with the Countywide Coordinator (American Academy of Pediatrics Ca-3 Chapter) and HHSA to ensure that all required data collection and evaluation reporting is completed in a timely and efficient manner, within 5 business days upon request by the COR. Data collection requirements will be provided to the Contractor upon receipt of contract. 6.8. Attend required meetings with Countywide Coordinator (American Academy of Pediatrics Ca-3 Chapter), including Supervisor Workgroup, Program Manager Workgroup, technical assistance meetings, and others as requested by the county. 6.9. Attend required pre- and post-visit huddles along with PHN staff. 6.10. Obtain pre-approval for outreach and marketing materials. 6.11. Ensure home visiting services are staffed appropriately with HFA compliant caseloads to ensure that home visitors have adequate time with each family to meet their unique and varying needs and to plan for future activities.
