HAZARD TREE REMOVAL, LASSEN VOLCANIC NATIONAL PARK, TEHAMA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
This amendment, No. 2, makes several substantive changes:
1. The response date is extended.
2. The Statement of Work (Scope of Services) is revised. Disregard versions other than Revision 2, dated August 4, 2023.
3. The maps of Headquarters and Southwest Areas are revised and attached to SOW Revision 2. Disregard maps not dated August 4, 2023.
4. The Quote Sheet is revised. Use only Revision 1, dated August 4, 2023 (attached to SOW Revision 2).
5. FAR Clause 52.237-2, Protection of Government Buildings, Equipment, and Vegetation (APR 1984) is added.
The National Park Service has a requirement for a service contract for hazard tree removal located within Lassen Volcanic National Park.
This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall not be considered.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to prune, or fell designated hazard trees as specified in the Statement of Work. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The estimated quantity of work is presented in the attachments to this solicitation.
