Painting of the following: 1. 100 Building: Labor, material, and equipment to paint all exterior surfaces and all doors. 2. 200 Building: Labor, material, and equipment to paint all exterior surfaces and all doors. 3. 300 Building: Labor, material, and equipment to paint all exterior surfaces and all doors. 4. 400 Building: Labor, material, and equipment to paint all exterior surfaces and all doors. 5. Administrative Enviroplex Unit except Mural Wall: Labor, material, and equipment to paint exterior and doors. 6. 12 Light Poles: Labor, materials, and equipment. 7. 1 Flag Pole: Labor, materials, and equipment. 8. Clock Tower: Labor, materials, and equipment. Work will include: • Washing, scraping, sanding, and priming of surfaces before painting. • Remove or mask all exterior lights and reinstall lights upon completion. • Mask or cover windows, grounds, plants, and other areas not to be painted before painting. • Clean and dispose of debris related to the painting work. • Provide inspection and final walkthrough upon completion of painting.
