The District is seeking proposals for providing after school programming in alignment with ASES and ELOP guidelines. This involves requesting proposals from qualified organizations to serve as an Expanded Learning Opportunities Program ("ELOP") provider to independently design, plan, administer, and operate high quality expanded learning opportunities programs at up to ten (10) elementary schools and two (2) Jr highs within the District. The program shall serve multiple groups of students in grades 18. Services considered for award shall equal or exceed a minimum quality level of programming as defined within the RFP and shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local technical, environmental, and performance standards and specifications
