Design, construction, and operation of high-speed rail trains, including all tasks and segments. Contractor Responsibilities and Deliverables 1. Executive Recruitment Services a. Upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed and Task Order from the Authority’s Contract Manager (ACM), the Contractor shall complete all work as set forth in the Task Order. The Task Order will include title of the positions, salary range, cost of the recruitment service, and duty statement. b. Within five (5) business days of receipt of the Task Order, the Contractor shall solicit input from designated Authority staff, through meetings and/or interviews, to understand the role, responsibilities, required qualifications, and appropriate experience needed for the position.
