The District is seeking Proposals from qualified, full-service Executive Recruitment Firms to execute a successful search for the position of Superintendent/President of the Santa Clarita Community College District. Services are expected to include, but are not limited to, the design and execution of all steps to: define the search, develop a collaborative description of duties for the position, find and recommend potential candidates that meet all requirements for that position, present those candidates to the District’s Board of Trustees for a final hire decision, and assist in the execution of the hiring process (“Work” or “Services”).
