Executive Recruitment Services: The City of Signal Hill is requesting proposals from qualified vendors (Proposers) for executive recruitment services on an as-needed basis. Responses must conform with the requirements of this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). The successful Respondent will be required to enter into an Agreement which will include the requirements of this RFP as well as other requirements. By submitting a Proposal, the Respondent agrees to all of the terms of the RFP and Agreement. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal(s) exceptions or changes to the Agreement or Request for Proposal. The Services generally consist of providing executive recruitment services on an as-needed basis. The City of Signal Hill estimates that there will be an opportunity for approximately one (1) to two (2) recruitments per year. Consultant must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations concerning equal opportunity requirements and Consultant must take affirmative action to ensure equal employment opportunity. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the City’s Request for Proposals (“RFP”), which is available to registered vendors through the City’s electronic bid management system, Planet Bids.
