A. Removal 1) Contractor shall decommission, remove, and legally dispose of three (3) existing wallmounted evaporative coolers on stands approximately 15 feet above ground (see Attachment A, Photos). 2) Contractor shall provide personnel lift equipment and/or aerial crane for removal of existing units. 3) Contractor shall remove and legally dispose of the evaporative coolers and associated components, including, but not limited to all fixtures, old plumbing, ducting, electrical wires, parts, materials, waste, and debris from Caltrans property. All removed material shall be recycled where possible. B. Installation 1) Contractor shall furnish and install three (3) new Industrial Champion Evaporative Coolers, Model 14/21-SD, 21,000 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM), side draft, or equivalent, approved by Caltrans Contract Manager, complete with all associated components.
