The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to evaluate the job duties of the Parking Control Representative, Senior Parking Control Representative, and Senior Office Specialist positions within the Public Works, Parking Services Division’s. Additionally, the Company would need to develop a comprehensive, structured training manual based on this evaluation. The project will ensure that position responsibilities are clearly defined, and that both new and existing employees benefit from consistent, effective onboarding and ongoing training. Deliverables include a detailed job duty evaluation report, an interactive and editable training manual in digital and print formats, employee progress tracking tools, and implementation support to integrate the materials into the department’s training program. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services.
