Specifications include, but are not limited to: Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) Amendments to the Escambia County, Florida. Clarify any ambiguous EAR recommendations to determine the appropriate amendment(s) necessary to implement the recommendations. Work with County staff to receive Board direction as necessary. · Coordinate with multiple County departments to gather necessary data for EAR- based amendments. · Draft Comprehensive Plan amendments, with supporting data and analysis, to implement the recommendations of the adopted 2007 Evaluation and Appraisal Report. Complete the amendments within the statutory deadline. · If an Objections, Recommendations, and Comments (ORC) Report is issued by the Department of Community Affairs, revise the EAR-based amendments as necessary.
