Specifications include, but are not limited to: CDFW is seeking to meet the following primary business objectives: 1. Foster strong relationships with external agencies, government entities and the public. CDFW strives to provide these stakeholders with the ability to leverage specific data or insight from relevant permitting systems and share with partner agencies, jurisdictions, and external organizations effectively. 2. Provide highly valued programs and quality services to increase the value and effectiveness of permitting services and offerings to ensure stakeholder and customer satisfaction. 3. Effectively manage California’s environment and wildlife resources by increasing the ability to protect the California environment and wildlife species through improved permitting and regulatory capabilities. 4. Provide increased insight and efficiency by improving the ability and methodology of how environmental permitting data is leveraged and any relevant findings stemming from its analysis. 5. Clean and integrate existing legacy data into the new system and support deprecation of the old solutions. 6. Enhance the ability for CDFW to geospatially track and organize business correspondence including certified and uncertified mailings to customers, email communications, and documents submitted to support review or inspection.
