Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire professional services and solutions from qualified vendors to establish a scalable, cloud-hosted Environmental Health Data Management System for Lake County Environmental Health (LCEH), a division of the Health Services Department, County of Lake (County). The goal is to provide LCEH with a comprehensive software solution that includes program management, facilities tracking, permitting, inspections, complaint reports and tracking, billing, daily activity and time tracking, service requests, inventory tracking, certification tracking, plan checks, and robust reporting tools. This solution should enable LCEH to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, and seamlessly integrate with the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) to reduce manual data entry and increase efficiency.
