Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Fourth Grade Program: Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and materials for up to 13 fourth grade classrooms within the BUSD that reflect City of Benicia WEP goals and objectives, while also aligning with current and applicable education standards established by the State of California. • Deliver up to 13 one-hour interactive lessons onsite at participating classrooms with emphasis on the sources of City’s drinking water supply, environmental stewardship, watershed protection, and incorporate lessons/tools that demonstrate the water treatment process. • Coordinate and support up to 13 field trips to the City of Benicia Water Treatment Plant (100 Water Way, Benicia CA 94510). 2 Fifth Grade Program: Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and materials for up to 13 fifth grade classes within the BUSD that reflect City of Benicia WEP goals and objectives, while also aligning with current and applicable education standards established by the State of California.
