The City of Oxnard is seeking proposals from qualified planning and environmental consulting firms with extensive experience in preparing initial studies and environmental document preparation. Potential project types where CEQA consultant services may be sought include: ● Private development projects (i.e., residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use) ● Implementing Programs under the Housing Element ● Focused update(s) to the General Plan and Coastal Land Use Plan ● Zoning ordinance amendments, both Coastal Zone and Inland areas ● Preparation and peer review of environmental studies ● Evaluation of projects in support of the City of Oxnard Community Development Department, Housing Department, Public Works Department, and/or other City Departments with authorization from the Community Development Director
