Specifications include, but are not limited to: District seeks the services of a Finance Consultant to work closely with District and the ERP project Vendor to achieve the following objectives for the ERP Project. -Conduct a business process discovery exercise -Recommend a “To-be” business process considering known best practices -Document the Requirements & To-Be processes -Participate in the Fit/ Gap sessions conducted by the ERP Vendor -Develop & document Use Cases for testing the new design -Be available for any consultation during the ERP Project’s Design, Development & Test Phases - Actively participate in the User Acceptance Testing - Actively participate in the Organizational Change Management/Training for impacted users
