Specifications include, but are not limited to: For this procurement, the City is first pre-qualifying software vendors and implementation partners through two separate Request for Qualifications (RFQual) as allowable in the City’s municipal code and purchasing guidelines. Only those software vendors and implementation partners determined to be pre-qualified by the City will be invited to participate in the subsequent RFP. The City’s determination of pre-qualified vendors and implementation partners shall be final. This RFQual is a survey form intended specifically for software vendors to complete. The second pre-qualification survey will be issued to implementation partners (system integrator) after the evaluation of this initial survey. Software vendors interested in also providing ERP implementation services will not be required to complete the second survey to be released at a later date, intended for implementation partners only.
