Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fresno (City) has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified vendors offering the functionality and features identified herein to replace the City’s current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Oracle’s PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft HRMS. Implemented financial modules include General Ledger, Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Project Costing, and Inventory; implemented HRMS modules include Human Resources, Payroll for North America, Time and Labor for Public Sector, Talent Acquisition Manager, Candidate Gateway, ePay, eProfile, eDevelopment, and eCompensation. The City seeks a qualified firm (Proposer) who can demonstrate that they possess organizational, functional, and technical capabilities, and also has experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide and support a fully integrated, proven ERP solution, whether as a single application or combination of business applications.
