Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide a comprehensive and fully integrated solution to manage the City’s business functions through a single ERP solution or an ERP solution with integrated 3rd party applications; • Eliminate the need for redundant data entry; • Minimize the need for manual input when preparing the annual budget and financial statements; • Provide an up-to-date, user-friendly and intuitive user interface to promote system use and productivity; • Streamline business processes to take advantage of best practices through automation, integration, and workflows; • Provide interface capabilities with the City’s required third-party systems; • Improve and provide necessary reports and access to data through inquiry or drill down capabilities; and • Provide a customer portal to view bills and make payments, a vendor self-service portal and an employee self-service portal.
