Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of El Monte (“City”), on behalf of the Finance Department, is hereby soliciting competitive proposals from qualified Consultants offering proven, turnkey and integrated software solutions to replace the City’s current Tyler Technologies – Eden – Financial Software with an Enterprise Resource Planning Software System Solution. The City seeks qualified Consultants who can demonstrate organizational, functional, and technical capabilities, as well as the experience, expertise, and qualifications necessary to provide and support a fully integrated and proven ERP software solution which includes both implementation and ongoing maintenance and support. In addition to the ERP software solution, Consultant(s) will need to provide professional services for installation, implementation, data conversion, project management, system design, configuration, and documentation, testing, training, monitoring, technical support, ongoing maintenance and in-depth consultation regarding process efficiencies and best practices that will help ensure a successful implementation in a timely and professional manner. Note that the City is open to either an on‐premises software or Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
