Specifications include, but are not limited to: enterprise resource planning system (ERP) for the City's financial, purchasing, payroll, and human resource needs to meet the requirements identified in this RFP. In addition, the City requires proposals for professional services necessary to implement the system and train City staff on the new software. The City seeks a qualified vendor (Proposer) who can demonstrate that they posses the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities, along with the experience, expertise, and qualifications necessary to provide a fully-integrated, proven state-of-the-art Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System solution along with the professional services to complete the ERP implementation and to support the system post implementation.
