To that end, the City is looking for innovative technology partners that bring a robust product based on industry best practices and share the City’s vision for continuous improvement and a highly engaged and well trained workforce. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify, select, and implement a proven public sector finance, payroll, human resources (HR), and utility billing system to replace the City’s existing stand-alone systems. The City seeks a qualified firm (Proposer) with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide a fully integrated, proven, state-of-the-art solution (New System).
