Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Pleasanton (City) is seeking to improve the efficiency of the business processes in financial operation of the City so as to improve service delivery internally and to the public. To that end, the City is looking for innovative technology partners that bring a robust product based on industry best practices and share the City’s vision for continuous improvement and a highly engaged and well trained workforce. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify, select, and implement a proven public sector finance, payroll, human resources (HR), and utility billing system to replace the City’s existing stand-alone systems. The City seeks a qualified firm (Proposer) with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide a fully integrated, proven, state-of-the-art solution (New System).
