Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Develop and document detailed existing (as is) and proposed (to be) functional and data requirements, including business process work flow for all City departments for the new ERP software. 2. Prepare a Request for Proposals (RFP) to be issued by the City for new ERP software and implementation services that will allow for thorough comparison of all qualified vendors. The RFP must be prepared in compliance with the City Purchasing Code and applicable California Government Codes and Statutes. 3. Lead the City through the ERP software selection process including coordinating software demonstrations and on-site visits. Assist with the identification of potential risks and issues to ensure the City makes a quality selection decision, which achieves the City’s ERP requirements.
