Software needs to be a high performing and accurate numerical solver that will solve the Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) models and be usable within the WRIMS modeling platform. It needs to provide performance in terms of computational time, accuracy, and numerical stability. Subscription needs to include access to software support. Software needs to support infeasibility analysis. Documentation of the software needs to be available to subscription holders. Additional technical requirements are included below: - Solver processes limited to using 8-physical cores. - No machine-level concurrent use of a single token. - Single Use (No process-level concurrency on a single token; machine configuration not restricted by the core limit of the token) Web License Server (Tokens not locked to a single machine)
