The project includes intersections on El Camino Real, Hillsdale Boulevard, and Humboldt Avenue. - El Camino Real & 22nd Avenue - El Camino Real & 27th Avenue - Hillsdale Boulevard & Franklin Parkway/Highway 101 Ramps - Humboldt Street & Tilton Avenue - Humboldt Street & Indian Avenue - Humboldt Street & Santa Inez Avenue The Consultant will provide engineering design services to implement improvements identified in the LRSP and in the attached scope of work. The project will consider implementing multiple roadway safety improvements, such as painted safety zones, high visibility crosswalks, raised crosswalk, curb extensions, centerline hardening, raised pavement markers, signing and striping/pavement markings, updated signal hardware, advanced warning devices, and photometric evaluation. V. SCOPE OF SERVICES The City has prepared an outline of services to be included in this RFP. The scope of services will vary as the need arises and will be at the discretion of the City.
